Glowryte is a cross-border lighting retailer serving customers in multiple countries and regions.

Orders may be processed, fulfilled, or supported through our operating facilities in China and our customer support and business correspondence address in the United States, depending on the product, destination, and service requirements.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the U.S. address listed on this website is used for customer support and business correspondence only and is not the default return location.

2. Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and uninstalled
  • be in its original packaging
  • not be customized, made to order, or otherwise marked as non-returnable on the product page

Customized, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email support@glowryte.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • the reason for the return
  • photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a quality issue

All returns require prior approval by email.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the designated return address based on the product, destination, and return circumstances.

Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Address

The return address is not automatically the same as our customer support address.

Approved returns may be directed to different return processing facilities depending on the item type, destination, warehouse arrangements, and return circumstances.

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization and written return instructions from our support team.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns that are not caused by our error.

If the return is due to our error, including an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order, we will provide return, replacement, or refund assistance at no additional cost to the customer.

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@glowryte.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or other suitable support at no additional cost to you.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after a non-return resolution has been approved where applicable.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after inspection or approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact support@glowryte.com and include your order number as soon as possible.

If an order has already entered processing, production, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Order Modifications

Requests to change order details, such as the shipping address, product selection, or variant choice, should be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, modifications can no longer be made.

10. EU / UK Consumer Information

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have certain statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Please note that customized, made-to-order, or personalized items may be exempt from certain withdrawal or cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.
