French Vintage Starburst Chandelier

I spent weeks browsing antique markets and lighting stores looking for something with this exact starburst character. Finding it here with modern wiring and included bulbs was fantastic.

The metal canopy is clean and pulled tight against our plaster ceiling without any uneven gaps. Matches the finish on the arms seamlessly.

Was slightly nervous about five flared fluted glass cups surviving shipping. Each shade was nestled in dense custom molded foam and everything arrived completely unblemished.

At roughly twenty-four inches wide this chandelier anchors our round dining table without overwhelming the room. It leaves plenty of open space above while still feeling substantial.

Installed this centered above our king bed. The starburst glass reflects soft radial patterns across the ceiling drywall at night. Feels like sleeping in a boutique Paris hotel room.

Because of the starburst ribbed texture dust gathers in the outer grooves over time. A quick pass with a feather duster every couple weeks keeps the glass sparkling clear.

We keep it on warm white for evening meals and switch to neutral during the day when the kids do homework at the table. The wall switch toggle makes switching modes effortless.

The chandelier is beautiful and brightens our room evenly. Looking very closely at one starburst shade there was a tiny air bubble inside the ribbed glass. Not noticeable at all when hung.

A lot of vintage chandeliers are all cold metal but the ash wood elements on the central stem soften the whole piece. Blends effortlessly with our wooden dining chairs.
