Mirren 6-Light Smoked Glass Chandelier

At night when the chandelier is turned on the dimpled surface of the smoked glass casts subtle wavy patterns across our ceiling. Truly one of the best home renovations we have done.

Everyone who visits our home stops right under this chandelier and asks where we found it. It looks like an Italian design fixture that should cost thousands of dollars.

Our ceiling is only eight feet high so we shortened the suspension cables down to twelve inches drop. The low profile horizontal ring fits the ceiling height without feeling cramped.

The remote control instructions were slightly brief so it took a few minutes to figure out how to cycle the color temperatures smoothly. The chandelier itself is solid high grade construction.

The sixty watt integrated LED throws plenty of light across our eighteen by fifteen foot living room. The warm light mode creates a cozy lounge ambiance when entertaining friends.

We opted for Pearl Black and it has this slight lustrous sheen that catches sunlight during the day. It looks much richer than standard flat spray paint.

Ordering a chandelier with six textured glass globes made me nervous about shipping damage. Every single orb was encased in custom molded styrofoam with no cracks or chips.

The powder coat on the wavy steel frame is completely even with zero seams or rough spots. It pairs nicely with our dark metal window trims and charcoal dining chairs.

The thirty three inch ring has some weight to it with all six glass shades attached. Getting the suspension cables leveled took two pairs of hands and a laser level. Once hung it looks like a million bucks.

Being able to switch between warm thirty three hundred kelvin for relaxing evenings and neutral white for game nights with the remote is fantastic. The memory function remembers your last setting reliably.

Clear glass globes usually hurt your eyes during dinner but the smoked tint and hammer dimple texture diffuse the LED light softly. You get plenty of illumination across the tabletop without any harsh spots.

We mounted this chandelier over our eight person dining table. The undulating black ring gives it such a fluid modern shape and the dimpled smoked glass orbs catch the light in the most stunning way.
